At Pinex Capital, you receive two separate emails with access data.
It is important that a distinction is made between the access data for the Pinex Capital Dashboard and the access data for the trading platform, as these fulfill different purposes.

Access Data Pinex Capital Dashboard
The access data for the Pinex Capital Dashboard will be sent to you by email with the subject:
„Pinex Capital | Willkommen bei Pinex Capital!“
In this email you will find your personal login data for the dashboard.
• The access data are valid exclusively for the Pinex Capital Dashboard.
• For all Pinex Trader Accounts that you open, you use the same dashboard access data.
• The email address you used to complete the purchase is used as the login email address.
• You can reset your password at any time yourself via the following link: https://app.pinexcapital.com/forgot-password
What do you find in the dashboard?
With your access data, you can log in to the Pinex Capital Dashboard at any time and receive a central overview of all important information, including:
• Requesting payouts
• Overview of daily loss limits
• Maximum loss limits
• Trading Journal
• Current status of your Pinex Trader Accounts
• All other relevant key figures for your Pinex Trader Accounts
The dashboard serves as a central management platform for all your Pinex Trader Accounts.
Note:
Please also check your spam or junk folder and make sure that you have used the correct email address, as all access data will be sent to this address.
Access Data Trading Platform
The access data for the trading platform (Tradelocker), i.e. the platform on which you actively trade, will be sent to you separately by email for each new challenge.
The subject of this email is:
„Pinex Capital | First Phase Access Data“
These access data are not identical to the dashboard access data.
Additionally, you can also find your trading platform access data in the Pinex Capital Dashboard under “Access Data”.
With this data, you can log in directly to the Tradelocker app.
Please note that you enter the data manually when logging in, as formatting errors may occur when copying.

Important addition
• The access data that you receive for your first challenge at Pinex Capital remain identical for all further challenges. This applies regardless of whether you manage multiple challenges at the same time or open another at a later point in time.
• If you use multiple challenges in parallel, you can switch between your challenge at any time after logging in to Tradelocker via the icon symbol and select the desired challenge.
• When creating a new account (if you have already had an account with us in the past), no new password is assigned.
In the login data, it will say in this case: “Same as previous accounts”.
This means that the same password as before is used.
If you cannot find the first email with the login data, you can log in to your Pinex Capital Dashboard and view the password there.
