How are payout requests processed?

Payout requests can be submitted directly via your dashboard and are usually processed within up to 72 business hours. Trading during the verification phase, in which the account is reviewed, is not allowed. The minimum reward payment amount is 100 USD.

At Pinex Capital, a special policy applies to the first two reward payments. Each reward payment is limited to a maximum of 10% of the account size, with an absolute cap of 10,000 USD. This rule is not meant to restrict traders arbitrarily, but to ensure a fair and structured system that benefits both the trader and the firm.

The main reason for this limitation is to allow sufficient time to properly assess a trader’s consistency, risk management, and overall trading strategy. In many cases, the period between starting a trading challenge and the first payout request is not enough to determine whether the results are sustainable or simply based on short-term luck, high-risk strategies, or market anomalies.

By limiting the first two rewards, we can better evaluate the trader’s long-term behavior, their ability to manage drawdowns, and their discipline in trading. This helps us build a foundation of trust before allowing unrestricted reward payments.

Important: This limitation applies only to the first two payouts requests. After that, traders can withdraw their reward without restrictions. Performance Differential that exceed the $10,000 limit during the first two rewards remain in the account and can be withdrawn with the next payout request.
