How is inactivity calculated?

Pinex Trader Accounts that remain inactive for 30 calendar days are considered breached. A Pinex Trader Account is considered inactive if no trade is opened and closed during this period.
Inactivity is calculated from the moment the credentials were sent via email.

This applies to all Pinex Trader Accounts issued, unless explicitly stated otherwise (for example as part of a special promotion).

Important note

You will receive a notification 5 days before suspension, reminding you to place a trade (check spam and junk folders).

Reset of inactivity

Inactivity is reset as soon as a trade is opened and fully closed.

This applies regardless of:

  • how large or small the position size is

  • how long the trade was open

A trade that is only opened is not sufficient.
The trade must be fully closed.

After closing the trade, inactivity is reset and the period starts from the beginning.
