Pinex Capital reserves the right to introduce specific risk restrictions for the Pinex Trader Account of any trader if this is deemed necessary to ensure responsible trading practices.
Our team actively monitors trading behavior to ensure that it complies with our standards for a safe and fair trading environment. If we identify excessive risk-taking, we may introduce restrictions, such as limiting the risk per trade idea to a maximum of 1% of the initial balance.
Consequences of non-compliance with risk restrictions:
Failure to comply with these risk restrictions after receiving a notification will result in the immediate suspension of the Pinex Trader Account. Accounts that are closed under these conditions are not eligible for rewards, and no further claims will be granted.
