All trading accounts associated with Pinex Capital may be managed exclusively by the respective account holder personally.
A subsequent change of the account holder or the responsible person is not possible.
The information provided during account creation cannot be changed afterwards and will be re-verified as part of our KYC process.
The sharing of access data with third parties is strictly prohibited.
To ensure correct data and proper activity allocation within our systems, it is strongly discouraged to access trading accounts via VPN or VPS services.
The use of third-party services is not permitted.
This includes, among others, account management services, so-called pass or challenge services, copy trading, as well as comparable forms of outsourced trading.
Any violations of these rules that are detected by our systems or review processes will result in the immediate closure of the account as well as a permanent exclusion from the services of Pinex Capital.
