Instant Funding Elite

Traders do not have to pass a Challenge and receive immediate access to their PineX Trader Account.

The model is aimed primarily at traders who already have experience in handling risk, position management and market volatility.

The accounts work with a trailing drawdown system, meaning the risk limits are adjusted dynamically to the highest account balance reached.

Note: For anything not specifically covered in this article, the general Rulebook of PineX Capital applies.

Drawdown rules

Exceeding the drawdown limits counts as a serious breach (Hard Breach) and leads to the immediate closure of the account.

Daily Drawdown – 3 % (trailing)

The maximum daily drawdown is 3 % and works on a trailing basis. This means that the daily loss limit moves dynamically with the highest account balance reached during the day. As soon as the account reaches a new daily high, the daily drawdown limit adjusts accordingly. The exact calculation basis is defined in the general Rulebook.

Example:

A trader starts with an account balance of 10,000 USD. 3 % of that equals 300 USD — so the trader may lose a maximum of 300 USD on any one day. If equity falls below 9,700 USD, the daily drawdown rule is breached.

If the account balance rises during the day to 10,500 USD, the limit shifts upwards accordingly: 10,500 USD – 3 % = 10,185 USD. The drawdown limit therefore follows the highest equity level reached during the day.

Maximum Drawdown – 6 % (trailing)

The maximum drawdown is 6 % and operates on a trailing basis. This means the maximum loss limit moves dynamically with the highest account equity reached. Whenever the account reaches a new equity high, the drawdown limit is adjusted immediately. If the maximum total drawdown limit is breached, the account is terminated.

Example:

A trader starts with an account balance of 10,000 USD. A 6 % maximum drawdown equals 600 USD, so the initial minimum threshold is 9,400 USD. If the account equity falls below this level, the account is considered breached.

If the account later rises to 10,500 USD, the drawdown limit immediately adjusts to 9,870 USD (10,500 USD − 6 %). The drawdown threshold therefore follows the highest intraday equity reached. If the account equity subsequently falls below 9,870 USD, the maximum drawdown rule is violated and the account is terminated.

Drawdown reset after payout

With Instant Funding Elite, the drawdown is not reset after a payout. The existing drawdown level remains in place.

Risk management

Maximum floating loss – 1 %

Your maximum floating (unrealized) loss is limited to 1% of your initial account balance. If the combined unrealized loss across all open positions reaches -1% at any moment, the account will be permanently closed. This rule enforces strict risk management by limiting the maximum amount of open risk on the account.

Example:

On a $50,000 account, the maximum permitted floating loss is $500. If the combined unrealized losses of all open positions reach -$500 (-1%) at any time, the account will be immediately closed.

Note: The 1% Maximum floating loss rule is an additional risk management rule and applies independently of the 3% Trailing Daily Drawdown and the 6% Trailing Maximum Drawdown. All three rules must be respected at all times.

Consistency rule

Instant Funding Elite accounts have no consistency rule. Your payout is therefore not blocked by a single strong trading day.

Reward Rate & payouts

Reward Rate

Traders receive a Reward Rate of 80 % and therefore keep the majority of the profits they generate.

Payout system

Regular payouts take place every 21 exchange days. Important: these are exchange days, meaning days on which the markets are open — Saturdays and Sundays do not count. With the «14-day payout schedule» Add-on, the cycle is reduced to every 14 exchange days.

After a payout request, the account is first reviewed for possible rule breaches. This is followed by KYC verification, during which you select your payout method — cryptocurrency or bank transfer.

Minimum number of trading days

Before a payout, at least 6 trading days must be completed. In addition, a profit of at least 0.5 % of the initial account balance must be achieved on each of these days.

A trading day only counts as a valid trading day if at least one trade has been opened and fully closed. Open positions or unfinished trades are not counted as a trading day. This rule serves to ensure consistent performance and to avoid short-term lucky hits or individual high-risk trades.

Add-ons

Add-ons are optional extras that can be added at purchase for an additional fee and that go beyond the standard conditions.

  • 14-day payout schedule – payouts already every 14 exchange days.

News Trading

News trading is not permitted. Around major economic events — such as interest rate decisions or macroeconomic releases — a restricted window applies during which the affected instrument must not be traded.

Restricted window: from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after the event. Opening or closing a position on the affected instrument within this window counts as a rule breach and leads to the closure of the account.

Example:

If a news release is published at 18:00, trading on the affected instrument is restricted from 17:55 to 18:05. A position opened at 18:04 falls inside the restricted window and constitutes a breach.

Weekend Holding

Holding or trading positions over the weekend is not permitted. All open positions must be closed before the weekend.

Further trading conditions

Permitted trading styles: The model supports day trading, swing trading and scalping. Traders can adapt their strategy flexibly to market conditions, as long as all risk rules are observed.

Rule breaches

Compliance with all rules is mandatory. Breaches of the daily drawdown rule, the maximum total drawdown, the loss limit per trade or other applicable provisions may lead to the immediate closure of the account. Terminated accounts cannot be reactivated.
